You can report this to us by calling +234 (0)1 271 6253 (Monday through Sunday 8am-10pm) or by contacting any of our nearest branches.
Received a suspicious email that claims to be from us?
Fraudsters often send random emails pretending to be from banks.
If you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email, and not responded to it, please forward the e-mail to email@example.com
However, if you have responded to the e-mail, and/or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately on +234 (0)1 271 6253
