In line with global business practice, kindly report suspected improper activities or misconduct by our Staff and Management. You do not necessarily need to disclose your identity. If you have experienced any improper activity such as unethical practices, gross misconduct, incompetence or inefficiency, please report by clicking on the link below to enable us investigate and address your concerns.

This whistle blowing report does not cover private grievances, which may include individual employment matters such as performance evaluation and discriminatory work assignment. This may be forwarded to the Human Capital Management Division of the Bank.

How to protect yourself

Do you suspect that you have been the victim of fraud – or have you noticed any suspicious transactions on your account?

You can report this to us by calling +234 (0)1 271 6253 (Monday through Sunday 8am-10pm) or by contacting any of our nearest branches.

Received a suspicious email that claims to be from us?

Fraudsters often send random emails pretending to be from banks.

If you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email, and not responded to it, please forward the e-mail to phishing@diamondbank.com

However, if you have responded to the e-mail, and/or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately on +234 (0)1 271 6253
